I purchased Aymen Bergi's "Arbitrage Conspiracy" course for two reasons:
1) One of the most respected marketers on the planet (you) endorsed it.
2) They offered an iron-clad, 100% guarantee that if I was not satisfied at any time during the 12-week course, that Aymen would refund my money, no questions asked.
Well, I plunked down my two thousand dollars (not a small amount to a regular person like me), and the next morning, the guarantee was gone, replaced with some vague 30-day statement.
We cannot get any kind of answer from Aymen's customer support. We can't get any response from the blog (although newbie "gee, this is swell!" stuff gets posted right away). I've gone to IM forums and found that there's a lot of other worried folks experiencing the same lack of basic customer service response, bait-and-switch with the guarantee, and no answer to refund requests.
You endorsed this guy personally, you put your reputation on the line for him.
Can you please call him and ask him to straighten things out right away? He needs to honor the original guarantee, explain to people what the customer service response delay is, and give everyone who asks for it their money back.
This is not how professional launches for "real deal" products are handled. Especially not ones with starpower like yours behind them.
Thank you,
Jim
Policy remains as I see it:
"100% Money Back Guarantee #1
No Questions Asked 30-Day Refund
After you complete the first month of this 12-week training course, if you don't feel it was worth every single penny and more of your under $2,000 investment, I will refund you every penny and give you all your money back with absolutely no strings attached."
No need to fret...you won't lose a dime and you'll probably make many.
Mike
When "thousands" of people start using this system seems that things could get a bit overloaded. I am just learning about internet marketing, but are good CPA offers virtually an unlimited broad market?
you seem to be an ordinary guy trying to help ordinary people with your 15 years experience. well done and fair play to ya.
